Meet Our Lead Staff

Our team is passionate about childcare and dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children. Each staff member is carefully selected for their experience, qualifications, and love for working with kids. We ensure that our caregivers are not only skilled but also embody the values we promote at Haven Child Care.

Crystal is the Owner and Director of Haven Childcare and serves as the Lead Teacher for the Infant/Toddler class. She initially studied Early Childhood Education in B.C. and completed her Level 3 ECE in Alberta. With nearly two decades of experience in Early Childhood Education, Crystal has expertly crafted a program that integrates Reggio Emilia's play-based learning and her own Christian faith, with Alberta's Flight Framework.

Grace is the Assistant Director and lead teacher of our preschool-age class and brings with her a wealth of experience with over twenty years in Christian Education, specializing in Feuerstein's Mediated Learning Approach, and has her Level 2 Early Childhood education. Patient and Caring, Grace quickly bonds with the children in her care.
